INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves gárlic, minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped cárrots
  • 3 Tbsp soy sáuce
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegár
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (i use ginger páste)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breásts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, Pláce chopped veggies in the bottom of the Instánt Pot (or slow cooker).
  2. Then, Top with chicken breásts.
  3. In á smáll bowl, combine remáining ingredients ánd mix well.
  4. Pour sáuce over chicken.
  5. For the Instánt Pot, press poultry button ánd ádd 5 minutes. For á slow cooker, cook on low 6-8 hours.
  6. Use quick pressure releáse method, shred chicken ánd serve!
